First Person Bio:
I write Pycededilic Fantasy, Horror Romance, and Historical Fantasy. Those genres are not exclusively what I write, and I aspire to add more to my list. I began my storytelling career as a painter, then later became an environment artist for games.
Though I wrote before, Book of Sand is the first story I’ve ever written from start to finish. It is the book I used to learn how to write, and in writing it, I fell in love with the strange way my mind and the world bent when solely focused on bringing a new thing into being. Now that I’m awake, I must continue on and pull as many stories as I can into our world.
If you can’t tell from the paragraph above, I’m a Pisces- if you get it, you laughed.
For those who didn’t get it, I was born in March during a blizzard. That’s just a fun fact.
I grew up in Upstate New York and later moved to Sarasota Flordia for college where I lived for nearly a decade before moving to Birmingham Alabama where I currently am.
When not working or writing, I enjoy camping and kayaking with my boyfriend. I’m transgender. More importantly, have two cats, Theo and Sansa- but if we meet, ask me about Mirabel the chicken. I am irrationally afraid of caves, and spiders. I am rationally afraid of dog men (the shapeshifting type). Lastly, I make phenomenal Alfredo sauce from scratch.
